TSG Hoffenheim central defender Kasim Nuhu says the 3-2 loss to Eintracht Frankfurt at the Commerzbank Arena on March 2, 2019 is one of his best games for Die Kraichgauer
Nuhu was the main man at the back for Hoffenheim but was sent off in the 65th minute for a second bookable offence making Frankfurt to come from behind to win the game.
The Ghanaian says though the scoreline was painful, it was one of his best games for Hoffenheim and they will have won if he had not been sent off.
“It was very bitter because we lost the game, and if we had finished we eleven men, I’m sure we would have won, so I was very upset because it was one of my best games for TSG so far and also because I had red card.” Nuhu told his club’s website.
“I was suspended for three games in a row, but I’m fine again, the team and the coach helped me a lot. I must focus on the next goals and work hard. ”
Nuhu joined Hoffenheim from Swiss champions Young Boys in the summer of 2018 and has risen to become a key player in the team.
