TSG Hoffenheim defender Kasim Nuhu says the international break is good as he will be able to play for his country.
Nuhu maintains that the qualifier with Kenya and the friendly outing with Rwanda are all important games as Ghana seek to go all out in the 2019 AFCON in Egypt.
“I think that a bit of a break is always good, as many of us are playing for our national teams. It helps us in the meantime, so we do not lose our rhythm and personally I always look forward to flying to Kenya and Rwanda, they are important games.” Nuhu told his club’s website
“We have qualified for the African Cup, and in addition, I can see my family in Ghana, I will be able to spend at least a day or two with them, after a long time without them, is important to me and just beautiful. ”
Nuhu scored on his Black Stars debut in a friendly game against Saudi Arabia on November 12, 2017.
