Reading FC Manager, Jaap Stam is keen on signing Ghanaian international full-back Andy Yiadom to beef up his squad ahead of next season.
According to English Newspaper Bracknell, the Dutch boss has identified the Ghanaian as a good option in defence as he looks forward to build a winsome team after missing out on Premiership promotion via play off.
Yiadom, 25, joined Barnsley as a free agent last summer and made 33 appearances for the side as they finished 14th in the championship.
Reading are said to be ready to pay at least £2m for Yiadom who is also been courted by Swansea City and Derby County.
