Bofoakwa Tano skipper Anthony Asamoah has joined Ghana National Division One Zone Two side Bibiani Goldstars FC.

Asamoah was arguably the best goalkeeper in Zone 1 last season and has decided to move from Bofo as he seeks a fresh challenge.

According to close sources, the management of Bofo were not bent on letting Asamoah leave but the offer from Gold Stars was juicy and the player was also interested in the deal.

He becomes the 6th player to leave Bofoakwa Tano this window.
