Head of Communication for Karela United Eric Alagidede says Hearts of Oak must negotiate with them before they can use Dominic Eshun after the Phobians announced the capture of the player.
According to Eric, the Phobians have been inconsistent in their stance for taking the player.
He also accused them of lying to their fans on the real issue about the player.
“We all heard Hearts of Oak’s position. First they told us the boy doesn’t have contract with Karela, now what has changed.
“The narrative they are giving now, the regulations didn’t even say if a player is a minor you can’t give him contract.
“The regulations say you can’t give him more than three years. And our contract with the boy is not even more than three years,” he told FootballMadeInGhana.com
“As far as we registered the boy and everything went through at the FA system. We did nothing wrong. All the documents are legitimate, unless they prove otherwise.
“Until then since the Football Association has issued his card for the boy to feature in the Premier League, even if he is a minor, it is for the FA to decide. Hearts are third party in this matter,” he fumed.
