Exactly one year today, model club Dreams FC defied the odds to beat old ladies of Ghana football Accra Hearts of Oak by 2-1 to lift the maiden edition of the G8 Tournament hosted in Cape Coast.

An earlier stunner by Daniel Kodie was cancelled by an incredible strike from Razak Cromwell after a sexy buildup before skipper Leonard Owusu expertly converted a spot kick to win the day for the Still Believe lads following a foul on Eric Gawu.

Dreams FC, despite being the great grandchild of Accra Hearts of Oak, did not only beat them but licked around them as they kept chasing their shadows.
