Ghana international Andre Ayew has heaped praises on his sacked Fenerbahce manager Philip Cocu.

The former Dutch star was relieved of his duty as the boss of the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium outfit after a series of poor performances which includes a 3-1 defeat to Ankaragucu over the weekend.

Ayew who was one of Cocu’s trusted players took to his twitter page to idolized the ex-Barcelona winger.

“It was an honor to work with you boss great person , great coach.. Good luck boss” Ayew Tweeted.

Cocu had plans of making Ayew his new skipper before he was shown the exit.
