Kim Grant has emerged as the mystery man in talks to take over the vacant coaching job at Hearts of Oak.

The former Ghana international is currently working as the technical director of Ghana Premier League club Elmina Sharks.

Hearts of Oak’s Chief Executive Officer Mark Noonan last week revealed they are in talks with someone to take over the coaching job but fell short of revealing the potential’s candidate.

Noonan’s refusal to reveal the identity of the mystery person he was in talks with was because ‘he is currently employed and he is sorting this out’.

Reports filtering in however suggest that the mystery person is Kim Grant.

A two-year contract is reportedly being prepared for Grant.

If true, this will be the first time in two years since the 46-year-old coached a Premier League club with his last job being Ebusua Dwarfs.
