The chairman of Proton Sports Management, Kurt Okraku has revealed what European clubs look out in every Ghanaian player before opting to sign the player.

The owner of Dreams FC who is one of the biggest football agents on the local scene with a track record of transferring most of his players to various European clubs said that every market has its specific needs but certain qualities cut across all clubs.

“Every market has its specific needs, but every club whether in Africa, Europe or Asia look out for super talents.

“All of the teams want players with the needed qualities; those who are athletic and those who have the ability to express themselves with the ball, these are basically the qualities clubs look out for” Kurt Okraku told footballmadeinghana.com.
