Officials of Rovaniemen Palloseura saw at first hand the plethora of talents coming through at Dreams FC in Day 1 of a scouting tournament held at the Vision Park in Amrahia.
RoPS chairman and coach Risto Niva and Toni Koskela respectively have arrived in Ghana on the invitation of the Ghana Premier League side.
Both clubs are in talks over a partnership agreement which cuts across areas of player transfer, infrastructural development, media and exchange programs.
The RoPS delegation saw at first hand the talents on offer at Dreams FC in Day 1 of the three-day scouting tournament.
A lot of talents were on display
Dreams FC paraded two set of teams from its first team to play against Star Makers and Vision FC.
Both Niva and Koskela defied the light rains as they took notes of the immense talents on showcase.
The tournament will be played on Saturday and Sunday with teams such as Sondisco FC and Golden Stickers all getting a chance to market their players before the RoPS delegation.

“I am particularly impressed by the level of organisation here. We least expected this and I must say a lot of credits to the Dreams FC team,” Koshkela said of the tournament.
“The talents here are immense and we’re already spoilt for choice. I am very convinced already that this trip has been a success.”

The youth and juvenile teams of Dreams FC; Still Believe and In God We Trust FC will also feature in the tournament.
Management of Dreams FC will then lead the visiting delegation to tour its existing facilities in Dawu, Kweiman and Pantang in capturing aspects of the partnership talks.
The RoPS are in Ghana for the first time in search of effective collaboration in their bid to extend their tentacles in particular in the area of player development.
