Belgian giants KAA Gent are interested in signing Denis Odoi from Fulham as they seek to add more steel to their back for next season’s campaign.

The Belgian-born Ghanaian joined the Greater London outfit last summer and made 33 appearances in all competitions for the White’s as they finished 6th in the Championship.

According to Belgian Sports Paper DH, Gent are keen on Odoi and are ready to sign him as they seek for a defender who can play in the lateral roles and also as a centre back.

Already, Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic has targeted Inter Milan youngster Isaac Donkor as a replacement for Odoi should he opt to return to Belgium.

The 29-year-old former Anderlecht star has been capped once by Belgium in a friendly game and he is still available to represent Ghana.
