Aduana Stars travelled to the Morrocan capital to face Raja Casablanca in their last CAF Confederation Cup group game.
With their fate already decided in the competition, the Ghana Premier League champions will be looking to finish the competition on a high after a disappointing campaign.
“Nothing is left to play for , the the only motivation for the boys now is the scout that will be at the stadium,” head coach of Aduana Stars Kenichi Yatshuashi told the media before leaving for Morocco.
Aduna Stars are out of the competition already while Raja Casablanca need a draw to seal their qualification to the quartet quarter finals of the competition.
Aduana Stars traveled to Morocco with only 14 players due to financial constraints.
Captain Yahaya Mohammed returns to the side having served out a suspension in the last game aganst ASEC Mimisas.
Zakaria Mumuni and Anokye Badu are however still out due to reasons yet to be disclosed.
Raja Casablanca who only need a point to qualify will be looking to capitalize on the poor away record of their guests.
A positive result for Raja looks inevitable due to their imperious home form.
AS Vita have already sealed qualification.
As they stand before tonight;
As Vita club 10
Raja Casablanca 8
Asec Mimosa 6
Aduana Stars 4
