Medema Sporting Club have confirmed that they have reached an agreement with Spanish outfit Extremadura Unión Deportiva for the transfer of youngster Gideon Acquah.
The former Ghana U-17 defender joined Medeama SC from Accra Sporting Club last season.
The Tarkwa based Premier League club confirmed on Wednesday that they have agreed terms with Extremadura Unión Deportiva for the transfer of 18 year old defender.
