They also caledl on the Executive chairman to stay away from interfering with the responsibilities of the new management as they will need free hand to operate effectively.
“BARCC SAYS THANK YOU TO CHAIRMAN KYEI FOR THE TIMELY RESHUFFLE IN KOTOKO
“The Brong Ahafo Regional Circles Council (BARCC) would like to say a big thank you to the Executive Chairman of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, for finally listening to our outcry.
“It will be recalled that on the 28th of December, 2017 the BARCC at an Awards Ceremony /Press Conference in Sunyani, a petition was made seeking to reshuffle the management of our beloved team Kotoko to up lift the face and direction of the club.
“Eight (8) months down the line, the executive board chairman has finally listened to us and we would like to thank him for that.
“We would also like to seize this opportunity to welcome the new management to the managerial direction of our dear club.
Also we have the following suggestions:
- The position of a marketing manager could be added to help re-brand our beloved club
- The executive board chairman should support the new management with the necessary resources especially the financial muscle required to discharge their duties.
- Interference should be avoided in the work of the new management.
- Clear cut definition of roles should be assigned to each.
- In going forward, a blue print should be made available for us to see the way forward for the club.
On behalf of Chairman Kennedy Enyan , the BARCC would like to pledge our full support to the new management especially when it has to do with Brong Ahafo Region.
Thank you
Signed
Joseph Nkoo
