Ghanaian forward Lawson Bekui has joined Romanian club FC Politehnica Iasi, FootballMadeInGhana.com can exclusively reveal.
The former Dreams FC striker joins the Liga I outfit on an initial short-term loan deal with an option to buy.
Bekui joins from Spanish lower tier side CD Extremadura where he played at the turn of the year having impressed in the gulf with Dhofar club.
“I am very happy to open a new chapter in my career and I hope it all goes well here,” he told FootballMadeInGhana.com.
Bekui came into prominence during his time with Dreams FC in the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League where he was the club’s leading marksman.
His biggest asset has been his enormous pace and eye for goal.
