General Manager for Techiman Eleven Wonders, Takyi Arhin has expressed his disappointment in the club for calling George Afriyie a fraud.

The financial secretary of the club, Yaw Owusu Ameyaw in an interview with Kumasi based radio station FOX FM revealed that the former Ghana Football Association Vice President assured them he could lead them to purchase a bus from Japan but after he took the amount, he has gone into hiding.

Takyi Arhin has however said in an interview that he does not know why the Techiman based club did that because it is George Afriyie who helps clubs on the local front to get bus.

“I don’t know why my people should do that, because it is George Afriyie who buys bus for almost every team in this country, he even allows some of the teams to pay in installment when they don’t have bulk money, so I don’t know why they came up with this story, for me, I won’t comment on it”.
