2023 CAF WCL : A win against AS Mande is a must- Ampem Darkoa coach set eyes on finishing on top

Head coach of Ampem darkoa, Joe Nana Adarkwah, has said he remains focused on progressing to the next round of the ongoing CAF Woman’s Champions League and in light of that is working at winning the next game against As Mande to top group B.
The former Techiman city gaffer explained earlier at a presser today that his side has thrown out the glee from beating the defending champions and are ready to face AS mande from Mali heads on tomorrow evening.
The second game of the tournament, according to Coach Adarkwah, is pertinent as a win secures his side the top spot and a possible qualification to the next round.
“We are not distracted at all. We are happy we won our first game, though, but the next game against As Mande is equally important, and we have to win, “he told the press.
“Our immediate target is to top group B and hopefully quality to the next stage, and the only way out is to beat As Mande,” he stressed.
The outspoken manager added that his team remain determined and will approach the second game like they did in the first for a similar result.
“We are going into tomorrow’s game with the same level of determination and game plan, and hopefully, we will get another win,” Adarkwah said.
Ampem Darkoa will take on As Mande at the Laurent Pokou stadium on November 9 at 8pm local time.
