Ghanaian forward Jordan Ayew has been adjudged Crystal Palace’s player of the month of August following a blistering start to the campaign.
Ayew has had a good start to the 2023/24 campaign impressing in the Premier League and in the Carabao Cup.
Despite not registering his name on the scoresheet so far, Ayew delivered three assists in four matches since the start of the season for Palace.
Ayew assisted Odsonne Edouard in Crystal Palace season’s opener against newly-promoted Sheffield United at the Bramall Lane.
The Black Stars forward also assisted Joachim Anderson as Palace snatched a point against Brentford in the London Derby in the Premiership.
Jordan Ayew also registered an assist when Palace came back from two goals down to beat Plymouth Argyle in the EFL Cup.
