Bofoakwa Tano defeat Skyy FC to win 2023 Division One League Super Cup
Sunyani based Bofoakwa Tano are winners of the 2023 Division One League Super Cup after defeating holders Skyy FC in the final on Friday.
A second half strike from Saaka Dauda was enough was enough to clinch the title for the Premier League returnees at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex on Friday, September 1, 2023.
Neither side was able to find the back of the net in what was a competitive ending frst half.

Skyy retruned from the recess dominating play looking to take the lead. Despite making a lot o incursions to take the lead against the Premier League side.
It was Bofoakwa Tano who will draw the first blood on the 72nd minute through Saaka Dauda. The attacker finished home pass to give his side the lead.
Bofoakwa Tano despite a late onslaught from Skyy FC stood on their ground and maintain their lead until the blast of the final whistle.
Earlier, Nations Fc defeated Hearts of Lions 5-3 on penalties to secure the third place positions .
