Former Al Ahly striker John Antwi was at his scoring best for Dreams FC on Tuesday afternoon as he steered the Still Believe lads to a 3-0 win over Heart of Lions in a friendly.
The experienced striker registered a brace for the Green and White side as they bullied the newly promoted Premier League side at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Antwi, 31, broke the virginity of the game before the break for his side with a swift slap of the ball as winger Dede flew in a beautiful cross from the left.
Gael Aholou opened the scoring for the Dawu lads shortly after the commencement of the second half, swiftly followed by another goal from John Antwi, who secured his second of the match and the team’s third overall.
This friendly match served as a chance for Dreams FC and Heart of Lions to polish off their strategies for upcoming games.
