Former Accra lions skipper hits brace for MSK Zilina

Former Accra Lions striker Abdul Rahim Ibrahim registered a brace for Slovakia side Trencin in their 5-2 defeat to giants MSK Zilina on Saturday.
Despite his side’s disappointing show, Rahim was in an amazing form firing the two consolation goals for his side.
On the hour mark, he scored his first goal from a corner kick to give Trencin a chance to tie the game, but the final score remained 3-1.
When David Duris scored the fourth goal for Zilina, they swiftly regained a three-goal advantage.
Ibrahim scored again in the 89th minute to make it 4-2 but Zilina’s Henry Addo added a fifth goal just before the final horn.
Ibrahim already has three goals in three league games, and it appears as though he may have a productive season.
