Ghanaian forward Malik Abubakar on target for Slovan Bratislava

Ghanaian forward Abdul Malik Abubakari was on the score sheet for ŠK Slovan Bratislava in their 2-2 draw with Dukla Banska Bystrica in the Slovakian Superliga on Saturday.

Prior to the match, Slovan Bratislava had a 17-win record, Dukla Banska Bystrica had a 1-win record, and there had been four draws between the two teams.

At the National Football Stadium, Malik Abubakari served as the target man to begin the game and played for 78 minutes.

It was Sharani Zuberu who took his place for the remaining 18 minutes of the game.

The game got underway quickly in a threatening environment. Throughout the game, Slovan Bratislava had a tonne of possession.

In the eleventh minute of the game, Enzo Arevalo gave Dukla Banska Bystrica the lead.

Marko Tolic’s equalising goal for Slovan Bratislava in the 37th minute was made possible by the game’s balance.

The home team had a chance to go up in the 45th minute, but Vladimir Weiss missed his penalty kick.

Malik Abubakari scored in the 50th minute to make it 2-1 with an assist from Vladimir Weiss.

In the 87th minute, Timotej Zahumensky restored parity to prevent his team’s defeat.
