Mas-Ud Didi Dramani highlights the power of deliberation and alignment in achieving Ghana Football’s DNA
Black Stars Assistant Coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has said that key players of Ghana football need to be deliberate and aligned in order for the targets set in the newly launched Ghana Football philosophy policy to be achieved.
Mas-Ud Didi Dramani was speaking after the launch of the Ghana Football DNA at the Africa Trade House Conference Room on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
“We need to be deliberate and today is the beginning of how to become very deliberate. Once you are deliberate about the process, it is all about alignment, alignment in the sense that the players within the industry need to align that there is some good aspects of what has been spoken. What’s the good aspect?
“The aspect is about that individual young player who is even yet to be born not even the current ones the ones that are yet to be born. So you need to do something very very different and that is the delibration. It tells you that you need to begin to see something and you need to be aligned with it
He continued, “Everyone around the industry need to be aligned with it; administrators, stakeholders and all the stakeholders you can talk about.”
The Ghana Football Philosophy details a research by the Technical Directorate and inputs from technocrats, National and Club Coaches, (past and present), Administrators, Players, Referees, Supporters, Coach Instructors, Coach Educators, Politicians, Traditional Authorities, Women in Football, Sports Media Personalities among others.
The Ghana Football DNA will be the coaching and playing philosophy of Ghana Football going forward.
The philosophy identifies how football is played in Ghana, the current trends in football, the strengths and weaknesses in Ghana football, and an implementation plan to achieve the right way of playing in Ghana.
