HISTORIC: Ghana striker Bernard Tekpetey wins double in Bulgaria with Ludogorets
The win came after they had already been declared winners of the Bulgarian League about a week earlier

Ghana forward Bernard Tekpetey made history in Bulgaria on Wednesday, emerging winners of the Bulgarian Cup with Ludagorets Razgrad.
The win came after they had already been declared winners of the Bulgarian League about a week earlier.
The giants walloped CSKA Sofia by 3-1 away from home to emerge winners of the coveted trophy.
Goals from Caio Vidal and Tisera were enough to see the league winners also win the League Cup after a wonderful season.
Caio Vidal needed just 8 minutes into the game to break the virginity of the game and added his second just 2 minutes before the break.
Chochev reduced the tally for SCKA Sodia 15 minutes after the break but Tissera fired the visitors up on the 81st minute to restore their 2-goal lead.
The win makes Ludogorets double winners with Tekpetey and Elvis Manu all playing key roles in the club’s history this season.
Tekpetey made 25 outing for Ludogorets in the Bulgaria League and scored 8 goals in the process. He also managed a goal in 5 outings in the club’s cup competition.
