Two-goal hero Joseph Painstil wins Man of the Match in Genk win on Sunday

Ghanaian winger Joseph Painstil was adjudged Man-Of-The-Match following his two goals for Genk on Sunday.

Paintsil scored twice and made an assist for Genk as they thrashed Anderlecht in the Belgium Jupiler Pro League on Sunday afternoon.

Tanzanian forward Mbwana Samatta broke the deadlock after 36 minutes to put Genk in the lead but Islam Slimane from Algeria equalized for the away team on the 43rd minute.

Aziz Ouattara restored the lead before it was doubled in the first five minutes of the second half.

Anders attempted bringing the visitors back into the game after Bilal had extended the lead but Paintsil delivered the final punch as the match ended 5-2.

Joseph Painstil has now scored 14 goals and 12 assists in 29 league games this season in the Belgium Jupiler Pro League.
