Baba Abdul Rahman remains positive amidst Reading relegation battle

Ghana defender Baba Rahman has called on Reading FC fans to remain positive following their defeat against Preston on Monday.

The Dings conceded a late goal on Easter Monday which condemned the side to the bottom three of the Skybet Championship.

Reading were recently deducted six points for failing to satisfy a business plan agreed upon after breaching the EFL’s profit and sustainability limits in the past and are currently battling relegation.

Rahman, who is currently injured and did not play in the Easter Monday clash, took his Twitter page to urge the fans to remain positive ahead of the rest of the games

Rahman also hinted he is close to returning to the pitch after several weeks on the sidelines.

The 28-year-old is on loan from Chelsea until the end of the season and is determined to help the club stay in the second-tier of English football.
