German-born Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer exited to play at ‘mythical’ Baba Yara Stadium

German-born Ransford Yeboah Königsdörffer is excited about the prospect of playing on Ghanaian soil for the first during the upcoming international break.

The SV Hamburger forward was included in the latest Black Stars squad for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Angola.

The 21 year old featured in a promo video by the Ghana Football Association ahead of the mouthwatering encounter at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi on March 23.

He urged fans to troop to the stadium in numbers to support the team as they take another step in their quest to securing a ticket to the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations slated for Cote D’Ivoire in January next year.

The Black Stars will travel to Luanda for the reverse fixture four days later days.

Ransford made his Ghana debut as a late substitute in a 1–0 friendly win over Nicaragua on 27 September 2022.
