Daniel Afriyie Barnieh makes FC Zurich debut in defeat to Lugano

Ghana star Daniel Afriyie Barnieh finally made his FC Zurich debut against Lugano in the Swiss Super League on Saturday.

The former Heart of Oak forward made a cameo appearance late in the game as his side fell to a 2-0 defeat on the road.

Barnieh will be hoping to cement his place as a first-team regular in the coming weeks.

The 21 year old joined the Swiss Super League giants for undisclosed fee in the January transfer window.

He penned a three year deal that will keep him at the club until 2026.
