Brighton manager De Zerbi allays Tariq Lamptey injury fears

Lamptey was forced off after 16 minutes and replaced by Joel Veltman as the Seagulls thumped West Ham 4-0 at the Amex Park.
With report that the 22-year-old could miss Ghana’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Angola later this month.
But coach De Zerbi speaking to the clubs website affer the game says the injury is not serious.
“It’s not a big problem. It’s a small injury,” he said, as quoted by brightonandhovealbion.com.
Ghana will be without Alidu Seidu for this month qualifiers and Chris Hughton will be hoping Tariq Lamptey will be available for the double header against Angola.
