Black Queens depart Ghana to Cotonou ahaad of Benin Friendly

Ghana’s Black Queens have departed Ghana to Cotonou ahead of their international friendly against Benin on Sunday February 19.
The team left Ghana by road on Friday and made a stopover at Volta Region before continuing their journey to the West African country.
Head coach, Nora Häuptle has been preparing the team at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence, Prampram ahead of the two friendlies.
Four foreign based players, Princella Adubea from FC Hiryat, Israel, Evelyn Badu from Avaldsnes FC, Norway, Captain Portia Boakye, Djurgardens IF, Sweden and Azumah Bugre from IFK Norkoping are part of the players that made the trip.
Black Queens will face Benin on Sunday, February 19 before locking horns with Togo on Saturday, February 25, 2023.
The game will be Nora Häuptle first match in charge of the Black Queens since her appointment two months ago.
