Improve Player welfare structure at the club – Bernard Gyebi tells former Club

Former Acting General Manager of Accra Hearts of Oak has raised concerns on the player welfare structure of the club.
Mr Gyebi who spent four months at the club stated players are key components of the club and therefore they must be well taken care off.
Speaking to Asempa FM after his resignation from the club, Gyebi singled out the medical department of the club saying Hearts need a committed team doctor to take care of the players at anytime.
“Accra Hearts of Oak needs a competent Team doctor, you need a committed team doctor. You can’t have a team doctor who doesn’t come to training and games as well.”
“ If we call ourselves a professional club then Hearts needs to change their player welfare system.”
Bernard Gyebi resigned from his position as the Acting General Manger of Accra Hearts of Oak after working only for four months.
