Defender Gideon Mensah is confident Ghana will beat Nigeria to qualify to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Ghana will battle out against Nigeria on Tuesday after a scoreless draw in Kumasi.
The 23-year-old impressed as the Black Stars drew goalless with the Super Eagles at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi last Friday.
Ahead of the decisive game Nigeria, the Bordeaux left-back is confident about Ghana’s chances against the home team.
“We had a fighting spirit in the first leg in Kumasi and the game ended goalless, but we have won nothing, so, now we have to give more than we did in Kumasi and I’m sure we’re going to qualify.” he said
The Black Stars will be hoping to secure their qualification at the Mashood Abiola Stadium on Tuesday.
