The Ghana Football Association has announced an unprecedented strategy of giving all Division One League clubs tickets to the upcoming World Cup playoff between Ghana and Nigeria.
The Black Stars will take on the Super Eagles in Friday evening at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the first leg of the 2022 World Cup playoff.
The GFA, in bringing closer all stakeholders of the game to Forster unity and support for the Black Stars will be giving out tickets to all 48 clubs in the Division One League.
The General Secretary of the Ghana FA informed clubs of the new arrangement by the FA and clubs are expected to get their tickets on Thursday before the game kicks off on Friday.
“Arrangements have been made to give each of the 48 Division One League clubs, one ticket each for the Black Stars game in Kumasi.
“Clubs will soon be informed about where to pick their tickets for the game.
“Thank you as always,” the General Secretary write in a short notice to the clubs.
This will be the first time such an arrangement is being made for club administrators to be given free tickets to watch the national team’s game.
Similar arrangements are expected to be made for Premier League and Women’s League clubs for the game.
