Ghana’s defender Baba Rahman has started training after a swift recovery from injury at English side Reading FC.

Rahman has been out of action since mid-February after picking up a knee injury against Preston North End in the Championship.
Reading boss Paul Ince last week confirmed, the 27-year-old left-back will continue to be sidelined in the two to three weeks raising doubt on his availability for Ghana in the World Cup play-off.
According to report, after going through the necessary medical examinations and fitness routine, the 27-year-old has returned to training and in line to feature for the club this weekend.
Rahman could feature for the Reading when they hosts Blackburn a week before Ghana’s clash with Nigeria.
The Chelsea loanee has made a total appearance of 24 in the ongoing English Championship.

The two-legged games will take place on Friday, March 25, 2022, at the Cape Coast Stadium in Ghana and on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
