Hearts of Oak midfielder Daniel Kordie has begun training for the first in three years.
Kordie, has been out of action since 2019 where he suffered a career-threatening injury during an MTN FA Cup match against Uncle T United back in May 2019.
The midfielder was airlifted to South Africa as part of the treatment process to help him return to full fitness.
Hearts of Oak have announced the player has completed his rehabilitation process and has commenced training with the club.
“He (Daniel Kordie) started training after months of going through the rehabilitation program. He started training on Tuesday after he was cleared by the medical team working on him.” a club statement read.
The midfielder is expected to step up training as he continues his recovery to full fitness.
