Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey has been named Arsenal player of the month for the first time since the midfielder joined the Gunners.
Partey scooped the award for the month of February following a string of impressive performances for the Gunners.
Arsenal won all three of their Premier League matches; a run that has catapulted the Gunners to fourth spot on the English Premier League table.
Partey started the month of February with a typically combative performance in the Arsenal midfield as they won 1-0 at Wolves.
He then was impressive in Gunner’s victory against Brentford, dominating the middle of the park as they claimed another hard-fought three points.
The 28-year-old then rounded off a good month in style with an energetic, driving display in midfield as Arsenal came from a goal down to beat Wolves late on at Emirates Stadium.
Partey finished with 49 percent of the vote, narrowly edging out Martin Odegaard, with Bukayo Saka in third.
