Former Asante Kotoko striker, Kwame Opoku has pledged to donate $300 to help build his former club’s ambitions of building a new stadium.
Opoku’s promise comes in the wake of Club CEO, Nana Yaw Amponsah revealed that he will need 100,000 supporters to contribute just $100 to be able to build a new stadium for the club.
Nana Yaw Amponsah’s idea has been welcomed by the Kotoko fateful and former striker Kwame Poku is also determined to etch his name in the club’s legacy.
The USM Algiers striker has promised to donate $300 towards the project.
Poku joined USM Algiers from Kotoko after a wonderful start to the season which saw him top the goal king chart at some point.
