Ex-Black Stars players and top football administrators were fully represented at the funeral rite of the late father of GFA Boss, Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku.
Hearts of Oak board member Frank Nelson, former Wa All stars CEO, Mr Oduro Nyarko, Asante Kotoko CEO, Nana Yaw Amponsah and several others joined in honoring the final rites of passage for the late father of Ghana Football Association, Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku.
Former Black Stars captain Stephen Appiah, George Owu, Jacob Nartey, Ibrahim Tanko and Tony Baffoe were also in attendance to mourn with the GFA Boss.
The were among the high profile dignitaries present at the final funeral rites held at Accra on Friday.
Kurt Okraku’s dad George Offei Simeon-Okraku Alias ‘Decide’ passed on Sunday, November 21, 2021 after a short illness.
The final funeral rites was held at the Officers Mess – Opposite the 37 Military Hospital on Friday, February 25, 2022.
The event drew well-wishers and from within and outside Ghana. There were offerings of tributory remarks and condolences to Kurt Okraku and family during this solemn occasion.
