Bechem United head coach, Kasim Ocansey Mingle has lauded the impact of two senior players, Augustine Okrah and Abdul Latif Anabila in the team’s set up in the current campaign.
The Hunters have been in superb form in the ongoing season producing some good results both home and away.
Bechem United on Friday extended their unbeaten run to ten games following a 1-1 draw against Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park.
Augustine Okrah provided a superb assist for Emmanuel Annor to head home the equalizer.
Okrah is currently the topscorer of the club with eight goals whiles Latif Anabila has become a key figure in their set up.
Speaking in a post-match interview, Mingle was full of praise for his two experience players, stating they have helped so much in the progression of most of the young players in their mix.
“Augustine Okrah has had so many impacts in our team this season. He and Anabila, they have added so much to the squad since joining us.”
“When we Okrah in our game, defenders are mostly difficult to join in attack and that helps us a lot whiles Anabila has also been helping us and always help speak to the young guys both on and off the pitch.” He concluded
Bechem United ended the first round of the season on the second position with 30 points, three points behind leaders Asante Kotoko who have two games in hand.
