Head coach of Hearts of Oak, Samuel Boadu believes their defeat to Great Olympics is partly due to hard luck and their failure to covert their chances.
The Phobians suffered a 0-1 defeat to Great Olympics on Sunday bringing an end to their 31 games unbeaten home run.
A first half strike from Abdul Razak Yussif secure the bragging right for the Wonder Club at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Samuel Boadu after the game, stated they lost due to hardluck and also their inability to take their chances also affected them in the game.
“It was a good game but we lost concentration in the latter part and they mistake we committed resulted in the goal so we going to correct our mistakes.”
“It was a hardluck. We played well and we’re supposed to score especially in the first half but is quiet unfortunate that we couldn’t and conceded such a goal.”
“We have to work extra harder we want to win our next games. Our problem at the moment is goal scoring. When you get chances and misuse them and it falls to your opponents, they will punish you so we have to work more on scoring.” He concluded
The 21 time champions will travel to the North, to face Real Tamale United in week 17 fixture of the Ghana Premier League.
