Following the dismissal of Milovan Rajevac as the head coach of the Black Stars, the Football Association are reportedly set to constitute a new technical team consisting of Otto Addo, Ibrahim Tanko and Didi Dramani.
The Black Stars failed woefully in an attempt to claim their 5th continental trophy as they secured just a point out of nine in the group stages of the 2021 African Cup of Nations.
Despite being in the job for just three months, the Serbian has been sacked for the woeful performances and results.
A new coach is, thus, set to be appointed especially with a clash with Nigeria in the playoffs on the horizon.
Otto Addo, who serves as the assistant manger of Borussia Dortmund, will likely be named as the next head coach of the Black Stars.
The former Ghanaian international was part of the technical team in Milovan’s short reign but was unavailable for the AFCON tournament as a result of his commitment to his club and the nature of his contract.
Addo was appointed as a service provider and was to join the team only on international breaks, but with the departure of Milovan Rajevac, he could work on a permanent basis.
Ibrahim Tanko and Didi Dramani are also said to be in line for the role of assistants for Otto Addo.
