Black Stars winger Joseph Paintsil is optimistic the team will be back stronger following a poor showing at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
Ghana recorded their worst ever AFCON campaign in the country’s history finishing bottom of the group and exiting the competition without winning a single game.
Winger Joseph Paintsil who was one of the bright spots in the Stars poor campaign took to Twitter to render an apology to Ghanaians following the team’s poor showing.
The attacker was however optimistic the team will bounce back stronger in the World Cup Qualifiers,

Joseph Paintsil featured in all three games for the Black Stars at the AFCON and had a descend performance despite their exit from the tournament.
