Premier League strugglers Legon Cities secured a surprise win at the Theatre of Dreams today beating Dreams FC by 1-0.

Legon Cities went into the game with just one win in their last 5 and flirting with the relegation zone.

The first half was keenly contested as neither side wanted to give the other an opportunity to take the lead.

The visitors would however take the lead after the recess as Adu Obour capped a fine solo run with a neat finish.

Dreams were handed a lifeline to get back into the game after they were awarded a penalty following an infringement in the penalty box of the visitors.

Ali Huzaif would however go on to miss the glorious opportunity as his effort missed the target.

The Royals held on and secured the second away victory of the season.
