New FC Basel midfielder Emmanuel Essiam trained for the first time with his new teammates two days after joining the club.
Essiam, who signed a four-and-a-half year deal with Basel on Tuesday joined his new teammates as they practice for the resumption of the League.
The team had earlier planned on travelling to Dubai for the mid-season exercise but a change in decision meant they stayed in Switzerland.
Emmanuel Essiam is expected to play a key role for the club in the second half of the season.
He joined the Swiss Club from Ghana Premier League side Berekum Chelsea.
