The versatile midfielder who was handed a start on the day scored his side’s third of the game as they run riot against the relegation threatened side.
Schlupp connected a pass from Edouard on the 43rd minute to put the game to bed for Palace.
Edouard opened the scoring for the Eagles in 8th minute from the spot after Hughes was brought down in the box.
Jean-Philippe doubled Palace lead at Selhurst Park after receiving a pass from Mateta.
The goal was Jeffrey Schlupp second of the season in 14 games.
Both Schlupp and his Ghanaian compatriot Jordan Ayew lasted the entire duration of the game.
