Former Hearts of Oak star Kofi Abanga could be set for a return to the Ghana Premier League with Eleven Wonders and AshantiGold the front runners for his signature.
The midfielder enforcer confirmed the latest development in an interview with Bryt FM.
The 31-year-old who is a free agent is currently weighing his options with his future set to be resolved when the GPL transfer window opens in February.
“I have not retired from the game, so most definitely I will return to the pitch,” Abanga said.
“A lot of clubs have contacted me for my services, so I am weighing up my options. I can confirm Eleven Wonders and Ashantigold interest.”
Abanga also had brief spells with Elmina Sharks and Aduana Stars in his career.
