The Ghanaian Champions had a good start to the game and immediately took the lead on the 13th minute, midfielder Evelyn Badu capitalized from a miscommunication at the back to give Hasaacas Ladies the lead.

Substitute Perpetual Agyakum doubled Hasaacas Ladies lead scoring direct from a corner kick to make it 2-0.
Stephenie reduced the deficit for Malabo Kings in the added time after Hasaacas Ladies failed to clear a corner in the penalty box.
Evelyn Badu calm the nerves of the Ghanaian side with her second of the day to put the game beyond the reach of the Guineans.
Hasaacas Ladies will face Malians side AS Mande on Monday.
The Malians earlier in the day lost 3-1 to Wadi Degla in the tournament opener.
