Division One League side New Edubiase United have announced the signing of veteran forward Alex Asamoah ahead of the 2021/2022 season.

The 36 year old has signed a one-year contract with the Division One League side following a successful negotiations.

Asamoah joins the Edubiase based side on a free transfer afterf ending his shot spell with Eleven Wonders.

He featured for the Techiman based side in the second round of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League scoring just a goal in eight games.

Asamoah has rich experience in the domestic League due to his spell with Ashantigold and Asante Kotoko.

He has also previously had a stint in Benin.

He will team up with the likes of Malik Akowuah, Basit Adams and Larby Koomson in their bid to secure Premier League qualifications for New Edubiase.
