Black Stars coach, Milovan Rajevac has hailed the talent of teenager Fatawu Issahaku describing him as “beautiful talent” with a great future.
The talented teenager was handed his senior national team debut during October international break in Black Stars in a 3-1 win against Zimbabwe in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
The AFCON U20 golden boy impressed on the day and ha since being tipped to command a place in the subsequent assignments.
Speaking on the player, Milovan Rajevac has said he believes Fatawu Issahaku has proven himself.
“He recommended himself with his performance for U-20 team and when he came to the camp, he proved himself at the training sessions and the training match so he showed me he has to get the chance and I am quite satisfied with the way he is developing and he is a beautiful talent and a player with a great future in professional football,” the Serbian tactician said in an interview with the Ghana FA media team.
Fatawu Issahaku is expected to maintain his place in the Ghana set up when the Black Stars take on Ethiopia and South Africa in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
