Former King Faisal defender Mutawakilu Fusseini has completed a move to Nigerian Professional League side Gombe United ahead of the 2021/2022 season.

The defender has signed a year deal with the club following a successful negotiations.

Fusseini joins the club on a free transfer after parting ways with King Faisal at the end of the 2020/2021 season.

The defender featured in 25 games for King Faisal in the just ended season wearing the captain armband in most occasion.

Mutawakilu Fusseini has previously featured for Liberty Professionals and also had stint in Turkey.
